Jim ReisiglFounder
Since founding Reisigl Associates Inc. in 1976, Jim Reisigl has been dedicated to innovative design. As designer and creative director with offices in New York and Raleigh, he led a full-service agency to create award-winning design and finished product for national brands such as IBM, Colgate, Western Union and GE - all during the exciting growth of advertising in New York's "mad men" era. Always challenging the rules of convention, he strives to engage the audience in every aspect of the final product. Jim's razor sharp eye for detail as well as an astute grasp of the big picture has resulted in a broad expertise - from package design and mobile marketing to venue concept and build management.
An early navy stint in Key West sparked his love of South Florida. Tiring of the cold winters and itching for a new challenge, he relocated to Jupiter, FL in 1992. The downsized agency flourished as Reisigl's largest client, Todhunter International, opened the door to the spirits & food industry - a niche that became quite comfortable. Under Jim's direction, the team helped to grow the Cruzan Rum brand, making it the fastest-growing rum in the world during that ten year period. The Cruzan campaign strategy led the agency to be touted in "The Top 50 Marketers '05 by Advertising Age". His experience with all aspects of the spirits sector, from packaging and bottling to marketing and in-store displays, has fueled the agency's growth in this area, becoming an industry leader. Jim's commitment to every project inspires his team to deliver above and beyond expectations.
Jim's passion for design, filtering into his life-long love of cars, has led him to spend less time at the drawing board and more time with concepts for his next car project. He enjoys time with his family in Florida, but as an avid skier, also manages to get slope time whenever possible.
